Inner Flame Productions Policies

These policies are designed to protect your time, your investment, and the creative quality of every project. By booking with Inner Flame Productions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Consultation:

For booking consultations please contact us at (954) 932-8622 . This will allow us to confirm availability, clarify project details/ expectations.

Booking Requirements

  • A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and begin the planning process.

  • Appointments without a deposit will not be honored and may be canceled without notice.

  • Payment of the deposit serves as agreement to all Inner Flame Productions policies.

Payments

  • All sessions must be paid in full before the shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Apple Pay, PayPal, Invoice, or Cash App.

  • Holiday sessions or special event sessions may require full payment upfront.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee.

  • Unfortunately, Session end times will not be extended due to late arrival.

  • At 30 minutes late, the session is automatically canceled unless previously discussed and approved.

  • Deposits are non‑refundable and non‑transferable in the event of a late cancellation.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling is allowed once, up to 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours requires a $50 rescheduling fee.

  • Same‑day rescheduling is considered a cancellation, unless previously approved

  • If full payment was made prior to the shoot and the client cancels, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

Package Selection
  • Once a package is selected and a price is agreed upon, you are locked into that package.

  • Downgrading is not permitted.

  • Upgrades may be added at any time.Reservation of Rights:

File Delivery & Turnaround Times
  • Unedited files or previews will be delivered within 48 hours of your shoot.

  • Standard turnaround time for edited images is 7 business days from the date you submit your selections.

  • A 24‑hour rush option is available for $100.

  • Final images are delivered via a private online gallery.

Weather Policy

  • Weather is outside of our control. If inclement weather affects your shoot, you may reschedule once at no charge.

  • If you choose to proceed in poor weather, no makeup date will be offered.

  • Deposits remain non‑refundable, but may be applied toward a future session if weather prevents shooting.

Travel Fees
  • A travel fee applies to locations outside of Polk County, Florida and Greater Orlando Area.

    Location Permissions

  • Clients are responsible for securing all necessary permits, permissions, or location access for their shoot.

  • Inner Flame Productions is not responsible for fines, denied access, or restrictions caused by lack of proper permissions.

Usage Rights & Media Release

Client Usage

  • Clients may share delivered images on personal websites, social media, and portfolios.

  • Images must be posted in their final edited form and must include credit to Inner Flame Productions.

Photographer Usage

  • Inner Flame Productions may use images from your session for portfolio, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Requests for privacy or non‑posting must be discussed before the shoot.

Retouching Services

Premium Retouch — $20 per image

Includes:

  • Body shaping

  • Hair retouch

  • Skin refinement

  • Background enhancement

  • Object removal

  • Teeth correction & whitening

  • Sky enhancement

Standard Retouch — Included with standard packages

Additional standard edits: $10 per image

Includes:

  • Minor flyaway removal

  • Balanced highlights & shadows

  • Teeth whitening

  • Minor acne removal & facial cleanup

Agreement

By booking with Inner Flame Productions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed above.
